Sobriety and recovery are never accidental.  They are gifts we continue to receive only if we maintain and strengthen them. - Patrick Carnes

Group Therapy for Addiction

We have a Recovery Start Program that guides you from day-one of admitting your problem to thriving in your life. Here is an overview of the steps involved in healing.

1. Be willing to receive help.

2. Get to know the extent of the problem.

3. Create boundaries around the problem behaviors.

4. Develop healthy support for recovery.

5. Gain insight into yourself.

6. Connect to others in a deeper way.

Your First 90 days of Sobriety

The Recovery Start Program is designed to make sure you have everything you need to achieve your first 90 days of sobriety. The first few months are critical for your recovery and we will be there providing support, strategies, and insight to guide you.

Our program includes assessment, counseling, guidance for developing strong support, morning recovery tools, evening reflections and steps for making it through each day.

Your First 6 Months

Yes, you can have 6 months of sobriety.  After you have completed your first 90 days you will work with us to design a plan that gives you consistent encouragement and continued sobriety. At this stage we offer group therapy for people in recovery from sexual addiction. Week in and week out people discover new ways to cope with life and connect with others in a deep way.

How Does Group Therapy Work?

Group therapy is designed around the principles of privacy, confidentiality and safety.  No-one is admitted unless they are prepared to share honestly about their experiences and listen to others with respect.  There are no exceptions these vital requirements.  After establishing and committing to a proper plan of treatment, group therapy is suggested to reduce loneliness, shame, and isolation.  Participating with out people who have endured unbearable amounts of pain brings people together and makes them feel included and valuable.
